Compensation

Polyvision’s compensation philosophy is to routinely evaluate market pay levels to ensure that the company compensation structure remains at an industry leading level. Polyvision recognizes performance and rewards employees for their efforts.

Retirement Plan

Polyvision will provide up to 3.5% matching contribution of an employee’s eligible pay each period in order to help employees build wealth for their retirement.
