Position Title – Ceramic Engineer

Department – Engineering

Location – Okmulgee, OK

 

General Description

Process owner for the development and operational support of porcelain enamel milling, kitting, and application techniques. Functions as the technical resource to production and engineering on formulation of porcelain enamel and lab testing methods. Responsible for utilizing lab equipment for root cause analysis of defects and creating test procedures to drive improvement of processes in the creation of new mill formulations and application methods.

Responsible for

  • Creation of new mill formulations and improvement of existing formulations
  • Use of lab equipment for development and defect analysis including but not limited to microscope, cross sectioning equipment, particle size analyzer, rheometer
  • Creation of quality system standards, process documentation and quality measurement methods within milling and lab processes
  • Develop root cause of production defects in collaboration with engineering and production
  • Troubleshooting of enamel application issues in production
  • Quality and cost improvement initiatives within milling and kitting operation
  • All other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities

  • B.S. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Ceramic Engineering, or equivalent technical education
  • Experience in the operation and setup of lab equipment 
  • Experience with porcelain enamel preferred
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with Polyvision’s engineering team in Belgium and occasionally travel to the facility as required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for up to four (4) hours at a time – up to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day.
  • Ability to bend, twist, reach arms and torso for up to four (4) hours at a time – up to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and physical screening exam. 

Position Title – Customer Care Specialist

Department – Customer Service

Location – Okmulgee, OK

 

General Description

Polyvision is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as a main point of contact for customers. In this role, you will build lasting relationships, manage multi-channel inquiries, process orders, and resolve technical issues to ensure top-tier customer loyalty.

Responsible for

Order & Data Management

  • Order Entry: Processing all customer orders across US and Latin American (LATAM) regions.
  • ERP Maintenance: Keeping customer master data and contract pricing accurate inside SAP.
  • Data Input: Registering new customer accounts into the system.
  • Invoicing: Processing invoices and generating Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs).

Customer Relations & Support

  • Inbound Communication: Answering the main 800-number customer service phone line.
  • Inquiry Handling: Managing inbound digital requests coming through corporate email inboxes.
  • Order Tracking: Providing regular status updates and estimated delivery times to clients.
  • Fulfillment: Processing and shipping physical sample requests to prospective buyers.

Sales Operations

  • Quoting: Calculating and delivering price quotes for standard, custom, or special engineering requests.
  • Outbound Support: Sharing marketing materials, corporate promotions, and product updates with the existing customer base.

Supply Chain & Quality Coordination

  • RMA & Credits: Managing the Return Merchandise Authorization process and issuing finance credits by partnering with the Quality Department.
  • Production Liaison: Coordinating daily with the manufacturing plant floor to align production schedules with customer shipping deadlines.

Position Title – Maintenance Technician

Department – Maintenance Department

Location – Okmulgee, OK

 

General Description

  • Ensure the plant’s equipment and machinery is maintained to ensure continuous operation of material to avoid loss of revenue.
  • Troubleshoot faulty equipment and systems containing either electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components or a combination of them.
  • Provide technical direction to other employees to ensure all equipment is being used to meet or exceed design specifications. Ensure coordination of equipment repairs with production personnel to minimize downtime.
  • Strive for efficient work flow and compliance with all safety guidelines including lock out tag out procedures. Be available for work schedule changes according to work load or manpower requirements.
  • Lift product with crane, hoist or forklift. The certification and use of a powered forklift is required for moving materials or equipment and emptying waste containers.
  • Utilize company software / systems for work orders, parts requests and preventative maintenance tracking.
  • Maintain equipment and systems controlled by PLC’s.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Train new employees for any of the job duties and responsibilities when required.
  • Observe all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete time sheets and all required reports/documents on a daily basis.

  • Electrical, welding, hydraulics, pneumatic experience required.
  • Experience with quality/continuous improvement initiatives desired.
  • Ability and willingness to effectively prioritize work to meet established deadlines.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and physical screening exam.
  • Demonstrated experience with math and analytical skills related to measurements and dimensions required.
  • Perform each essential duty satisfactorily as demonstrated by written, oral and hands-on testing.

As Manager of Human Resources, this individual will be essential to our HR and strategic planning process.  This role will be heavily engaged with both the direct team and outsourced HR Providers ensuring that our talent acquisition, performance management systems and incentive compensation systems are effectively deployed throughout the North America organization and connected globally. This executive will partner with each of the operating leaders and the Managing Director to ensure we are driving a positive company culture.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, update, and implement the Human Resources Handbook, policies, and procedures.
  • Support strategic business objectives.
  • Lead talent acquisition, labor planning, hiring process, and negotiation of employment agreements.
  • Deliver effective strategic HR initiatives to drive employee performance and engagement. 
  • Administer HR programs with third-party vendors (payroll, 401K and employee benefit plans)
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws/regulations, including, but not limited to, ERISA and EEO regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage a formal annual performance management process that aligns employee targets and compensation with strategic and operative objectives. 
  • Manage incentive plans to ensure calculation and processing.
  • Maintain company organizational charts and the employee directory. 
  • Develop, implement, and manage training programs to support employee development and growth.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve department efficiency. 
  • Maintain HR information system records and compile reports using our HR and payroll service.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure strong talent sourcing strategies are in place for efficient and effective talent sourcing. 
  • Work closely with key leaders to develop frameworks to identify and monitor high-potential employees in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
  • Lead HR strategy, budget, hiring, and communications related to the production facility move. 
  • Understanding and management of the current Union agreement.
  • Other duties as assigned 

Education/Experience/Skills/Abilities

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or equivalent job/industry experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written to interact knowledgeably with and impact both internal and external parties
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and local labor regulations and HR practices
  • Demonstrate high levels of passion, curiosity and commitment and adhere to Polyvision’s core values
  • Be able to demonstrate business acumen by synthesizing and analyzing information effectively
