Travel Guidelines

Employees must choose the lowest fare available, balancing cost with convenience. Business class travel is restricted to intercontinental flights with approval.

Expense Reimbursement

Reimbursable items include business meals, mileage, passports, visas,
and vaccinations. Receipts are required for expenses over $25.

Corporate Card Use

The company card should only be used for business-related purchases.
Personal purchases are prohibited.

Manager Responsibilities
